Attachment F Provisions and Clauses-DyFe Attachment E- CLIN Structure- DyFe Attachment D- Past Performance Questionnaire- DyFe Attachment C-Scotia ESOHMS Attachment B- Evaluation Criteria-DyFe Attachment A Statement of Work-DyFe Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DLA Strategic Materials intends to purchase an inventory of 500 kilograms (kg) of ferrodysprosium. The Contractor shall provide 500 kilograms (kg) of ferrodysprosium in accordance with the statement of work. The Contractor shall follow all technical, COA, packaging, labeling, transportation and delivery requirements as identified in the statement of work. Materials shall be delivered within 270 days of contract award to the Government Storage Depot at: Defense Logistics Agency Scotia Depot Route 5, Building #12 Scotia, NY 12302-9463 See attachments for additional information.
