location specifications schedule of items combined synopsis/solicitation 129JGP18Q0113 Aggregate September 18, 2018 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a, request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-100, dated Aug 22, 2018. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 212321. The size standard for this small business set-aside is 500 employees. Project consists of contractor delivering Class II 3/4 " base rock to the Bass Lake District Ranger office. Material shall be in accordance to Caltrans specifications attached as a separate document. Contractor shall, without additional expense to the government be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits and to comply with any federal, state and/or municipal laws, codes and regulations applicable to the performance of work. CLIN 001 Class II ¾" base rock, provide pricing per ton delivered up to $120,000. Recycled material will not be accepted. CLIN 002 Optional item, Class II ¾" base rock, provide pricing per ton if additional funding becomes available above the $120,000. See attached description of requirements and specifications for the aggregate. Work shall begin approximately September 24, 2018 and contract time will be 30 days. Delivery will be to: Sierra National Forest Bass Lake Ranger District 57003 Road 225 North Fork, CA 93643 The project site may be reached from Fresno, CA by traveling north on State Highway 41 for approximately 21 miles. Take a right onto Road 200/N. fork Rd. Continue traveling east for 16 miles until you reach the Bass Lake Ranger District Office. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer unless it can be verified in the System for Award Management (SAM). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
