The US Forest Service will require tree climbing and 100 meter search survey services for the collection of field data and materials on Red Tree Voles (RTV). Data may be collected on proposed project areas in the Willamette, Siuslaw, Mt. Hood, Umpqua, and Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests, Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, and Tillamook and Marys Peak Field Offices of the Northwest Oregon BLM District. The Forest Service will solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for tree climbing and 100 meter search survey services. Established BPAs will describe the ordering procedures of new requirements, and identify terms and conditions that will be incorporated into awarded task orders. The Government will compete individual requirements among all companies awarded a BPA, and issue an awarded task order to the contractor that represents the best value. The solicitation is expected to be posted on 12 November 2018, and will likely close on 12 December 2018. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
