***AMENDMENT 0003 IS ISSUED TO REVISE QUOTES DUE DATE 15 NOV 18 AND THE SERVICE DATE TO 01 APR 19 (SIP) TO COMPLY WITH PROCUREMENT ACQUISITION LEAD TIME (PALT) FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. SERVICE DATE AND/OR LEAD TIMES BEYOND THE REQUESTED SERVICE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. OFFERORS MUST REVISE THEIR QUOTES TO ACCOUNT FOR CHANGES TO THE SERVICE DATE, TO ENSURE THE MAPS/DRAWINGS SHOW ENOUGH DETAIL FOR EVALUATOR TO DETERMINE THAT DIVERSITY IS MET. (SEE SAMPLE MAPS INCLUDED WITH SOLICITATION TO ENSURE THAT THE LEVEL OF DETAIL IS INCLUDED). VENDORS ARE DIRECTED TO REVISE MAPS/DRAWINGS AND ENSURE THAT INFORMATION ABOUT FIBER ROUTE MILES, RTD, IS THE VENDOR ON NET, LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT, 50 METER SEPARATION REQUIRED FOR TRUE DIVERSITY IS CLEARLY REFLECTED IN MAPS/DRAWINGS. IF A BUILD IS PROPOSED, PLEASE INDICATE THE SCOPE OF THE WORK - HOW MANY FEET/MILES OF FIBER, TRENCHING/BORING REQUIRED, ETC. MAPS WITH MISSING INFORMATION OR INACCURATE INFORMATION WILL BE EVALUATED TECHNICALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT CONSIDER FOR AWARD. FAILURE TO PROVIDE DETAILED MAPS/DRAWINGS TO DETERMINE THAT DIVERSITY IS MET WILL RENDER QUOTES TECHNICALLY UNACCEPTABLE. VENDORS MUS INCLUDE JUMBO FRAME (MTU) AT 9100 BYTES OR BETTER.
