Roof location must be free from electronic interference from power lines and high power communication waves. •Ability to accommodate FSL Security Level III requirements. •Floor load for high density storage areas required to be minimum 200lbs/sf. Other storage areas require 150lbs/sf. •Minimum ceiling height in office area (from top of finished floor to bottom of ceiling) shall be 90", with some areas requiring 100". WAREHOUSE/GARAGE REQUIREMENTS: •Warehouse shall be able to accommodate 24 internal parking spaces. •14 high roll up doors required and to be at street level. •Ceiling height required to be between 20 - 24 •Warehouse will be required to be secured and have sealed concrete flooring. •Ability to accommodate mobile high-density shelving. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
