(ABOA): 1400 usf of storage space Space Type: Storage Space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 1 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered storage space must be secured, contiguous and located on a ground floor in a building, within the delineated area as follows: Within 5 Miles of the City Limits of Ennis, Montana. Offered storage space is to be used for the storage of BLM equipment including ATVs, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, drift boat and trailer, and other materials used by the BLM Ennis River Crew. Location must have room to operate and maneuver trailers carrying BLM equipment. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The site shall have easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer. A Government standard lease document will be used for the transaction and rent will be paid in arrears through the System for Award Management (SAM). Source selection will be evaluated by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Building is grounded and properly surge protected 12. Method that will ensure the storage internal temperature remains above freezing at all times.
