General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AZ City: Phoenix Delineated Area: Phoenix CBD North: Camelback Road South: Railroad East: 7 th Street West: 7 th Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): 3,551 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): 3,729 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces 11 secured, structured parking spaces are required Full Term: 180 Months (15 years) Firm Term: 120 months (10 years) Additional Requirements: Tenant agency is federal law enforcement. Modern professional appearance and good site circulation. Offered space must be contiguous on no more than one floor. Space to be located within two (2) city blocks from a primary or secondary street. Janitorial services to be provided weekdays during working hours Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease will be required. Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times (24/7). *ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT GSA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLICIT OR AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad. 4. Location of offered space in the building, and the date the space will be available. 5. List of all law enforcement agencies with leases in the proposed building. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owners agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
