The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks to lease approx. 1704 gross square feet of Class A or B retail space in Baton Rouge, LA, within a delinated area of: Northern Limit - 70791 zip code Southern Limit - 70815 zip code Eastern Limit - 70815 zip code Western Limit - 70802 zip code. The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances; force protection standards in compliance with DOD Unified Facility Criteria; outfitted with either designated parking for 4 Government vehicles or sufficient open parking. An initial five-year lease term is extended. Space must be ready to occupy by 30 Sep 2019. Expressions of interest should include: -Building name and address -Floor plan/site plan -Area (BOMA rentable sf and BOMA usable sf) -Rental rate per square foot -NNN and Common area factors, if applicable.
