Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has issued a Request for Quotation for waste water and finished water analysis. Services must be performed by an accredited recognized laboratory registered with the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) in accordance with Texas water code 5, subchapter R, Title 30, Texas administrative code chapter 25. Laboratory tests include biological oxygen demands, corrosivity pH, total suspended solids, oil and grease, total organic carbon, and lead and copper. The contractor will be responsible for picking up samples from Moore Air Base (Edinburg, TX), performing testing services, and submitting analysis reports on a monthly basis. The Government anticipates awarding a five year firm-fixed-price contract. This procurement is issued as a total small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 541380 with a small business size standard of $15M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
