This is a Sources Sought Notice. The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) is seeking businesses capable of providing all Public Investment Plan (PIP) outreach-related activities including; meeting and workshop support and delivery, writing and design of public information pieces, and strategic advice on public information and public participation processes. The tasks associated with this service include: 1. Meeting and Workshops 2. Public Information 3. Media Relations 4. Program Management and Coordination More information in regard to each task can be found on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached; however, be advised this PWS may be changed based on information received from the industry as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The final PWS will be issued with the solicitation. The awarded contract is expected to be for one (1) base year, plus four (4) option years. This will be a Time & Materials award. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541620 ¿Environmental Consulting Services ¿ which has an associated small business size standard of $15.0 Million. Any business with the capability to perform this requirement under the applicable NAICS code are encouraged to submit a response to this notice. Additionally, businesses may suggest an alternate NAICS if they believe 541620 is incorrect. (See below) This notice is for research and informational purposes only. No award will be made as a result of this notice. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will not be considered proposals and the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any respondents. In your response to this notice, please include the following information: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, and point of contact (include email address). 2. Business size and small business size classification if applicable ((e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.). 3. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resource to meet the specifications of this requirement. 4. Your opinion as to whether NAICS code 541620 is appropriate and what code you would recommend if not. 5. Are you a GSA Schedule Holder for the services included in this requirement? If so, what is your GSA Contract Number? 6. Whether your organization intends to submit a quote if a solicitation is issued.
