The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC 2223 has a requirement to update the Economic Impact Analysis provided in 2013. The analysis is to provide SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantics effect on regional economies such as providing jobs and income, procurement efforts, technological development and employing a highly skilled, knowledge based workforce. This analysis will follow the exact methodological and statistical procedures used in the previous economic impact analysis of SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic which was prepared by the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business Department of Research (DOR) in 2013. The algorithms used to perform the analysis are unique to the DOR and allows for a longitudinal analysis of SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic over time. This action is to procure a market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the Economic Impact Analysis as stated above. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Danielle Patirck-Willlis, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 7 December 2018. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept capability statements via email at: Danielle.m.patrick@navy.mil.
