Description

The U.S. Geological Survey Leetown Science Center has a requirement for the installation of pipe insulation and PVC jackets on overhead water lines in the Fish Health Building, located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. The project must be completed within 14 days of the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed (NTP). There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0119Q0043 will be issued on or about 12/04/2018 with written quotes due on or about 01/08/2019. An organized site visit will be held on 12/18/2018 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238290. The size standard is $15.0 million. The magnitude of construction is $0 to $50,000.00. The anticipated award date of the contract is 01/15/2018. A vendor must have a current and active registration at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.
