Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region intends to issue a solicitation for the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Montana Area Office, Canyon Ferry Powerplant located in Helena, Montana. The SOPs will include but are not limited to; emergency/abnormal operations, ratings and operation of major equipment and auxiliaries, major operational sequences, plant services, the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. Contractor shall provide an electronic searchable copy of the SOPs. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. All employees of the successful awardee will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and be found suitable for work in a Government installation. Solicitation 140R60-19-Q0010 will be posted to https://www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about December 4, 2018. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561410 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. Award will be made based on the evaluation factors listed in the Solicitation under ┐Provisions ┐. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to sbruns@usbr.gov. No quotations or communications shall be accepted via FBO/FedConnect. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
