(ABOA):�� �5,863 ABOA Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �4 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �4 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �4 parking spaces Full Term:�� �15 Years Firm Term:�� �10 Years Option Term:�� �N/A Tenant Improvement Allowance: �� � New Space: $50.63/ABOA Existing Space: $20.00/ABOA Additional Requirements:�� ��� �Space shall be contiguous on one floor.� ��� �Space shall be located on the second floor or above.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as �hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities.� Examples of hazardous locations include facilities with potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant�s Physical Security Unit (PSU) for security purposes.� ��� �Proposed Tenant spaces or facilities in close proximity or adjacent to facilities associated with foreign powers identified in the Tenant�s National Security Threat List will not be considered.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located near day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals and religious/rehabilitation/social service centers ��� �Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. ��� �All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date ��� �In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. ��� �Reference project number: 8PA2275 � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
