U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest to lease the following space: State: Kansas City: Manhattan Delineated Area: City Limits of Manhattan Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,329 SF of office, 750 SF of warehouse, and 3,000 SF of ware yard space. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,795 SF of office, 788 SF of warehouse, and 3,000 SF of ware yard space. Space Type: Office, Warehouse, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Pull-Through): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 18 Firm Term: 10 years Full Term: 15 years with termination rights after 90 days Additional Requirements: Pull-through parking spaces shall be 10� wide x approximately 30� long for trucks towing trailers. Approximately 3,000 SF of wareyard space needed. 46 publicly available parking spaces within 2,640 LF or provided on site. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Manhattan, Kansas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
