Description

1. Under the authority of Title 41 United States Code (U.S.C.), Section 1903, as implemented by FAR 18.2, ""Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities"", this contract action has been determined to be streamlined and expedited using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 12.102(f)(1) and 13.500(c)(1). 2. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is full and open competition. 3. This RFQ will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the following requirements: a.�M12A2 Gas Filter:� NSN 4240-01-365-0981; P/N 5-19-2295; 10,500 each b. M13 Particulate Filter:� NSN 4240-00-368-6291; P/N C5-19-853; 8,504 each c. M18A1 Gas Filter:� NSN 4240-01-365-0982; P/N MIL-PRF-51193; 21,564 each 4. First Article Test (FAT) and Production Lot Test (PLT) are required. 5. The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government. 6. All shipments will be FOB Destination to the following ship to address: (W22PVJ) XU BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT XU GEN SUP STORAGE PT CRP WHSE 211 431 BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY RICHMOND, KY 40475-5070
