The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for a Sludge Separator for Water Treatment Plant. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. NCO 19 is seeking responses to this request for information from interested, capable firms that can meet the requirements set forth that include but are not limited to; 15 Cu.yd trailer mounted roll-off Hydraulic door Open top Mounted on a hydraulic tilting trailer 12VDC battery powered hydraulic hoist with a control station on 25� lead Payload dump capacity 22,300 lbs minimum Minimum of 12,000 lbs dual tandem rocker slipper spring suspension axles with electric over hydraulic brakes Container and trailer two-part epoxy primer with polyurethane on exterior surfaces Interior surfaces coated with epoxy mastic Minimum of a 175-gallon poly tank with � H.P. electric agitator 110-volt single phase � H.P.D.C. motor with progressive cavity pump and D.C. controller For use with liquid polymer only.
