Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) The solicitation number is N00104-20-R-X011and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 333924 and small business size standard is 750 employees. (v) Line item numbers and items (see the RFP for more details): 0001�� 6K Walkie Electric Pallet (WEP) Truck 0002�� First Article Testing 0003�� Contract Data Requirement Lists (vi) See the Statement of Work for a description of the requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Dates and place(s) of delivery are to be determined.� Government inspection and acceptance at source.� FOB Destination. (viii) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-O0018), applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable.� Paragraph (a) of this provision references Section M of the RFQ, which contains the evaluation factors. (x) The RFP contains 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Alternate I.� A completed copy of the provision is to be included with offers. (xi) 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� See this clause in the RFP for additional applicable FAR clauses. (xiii) See the RFP and attachments for complete contract requirements and terms and conditions. (xiv) The resulting contract will be a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS), with an assigned rating of DO-A3.
