This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904020Q0289. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-08 and DFARS Change Notice 2020-0114. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $35 million. The requirement is for a 12K Telehandler to be used at Pease Air Force Base. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: QTY 1 EA, Telehandler 12,000 LB capacity, must have four wheel drive. �Place of delivery: Pease Air Force Base, Newington, New Hampshire. Specifications; This telehandler must be four-wheel drive , and capable of handling a 12,000 lb. load. Side shift would be preferred. Reach/ extension is not an issue as it is not expected to be used in this fashion.� Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
