Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing has a requirement for a Transportable Fuel Storage Tank to be delivered to Warren Grove Gunnery Range, located in Burlington County, NJ. Contractor shall provide and deliver a Transportable Fuel Storage Tank and options IAW with attached Technical Requirements Document dated 30 July 2020. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332420-Metal Tank (Heavy Guage) Manufacturing; Size Standard-750 Employees. See attached� for Provisions and Clauses associated with this requirement. Please provide a completed copy of the 52.204-24 provision included in this solicitation in order to be considered for award.
