Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems for work on the for Electronic Security System (ESS) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) program, utilizing the authority under FAR 8.405-6 (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(c)(1)).� The IDS upgrade, which modernizes the Advantor Suite for Networks from 6.0 to 6.2 configuration, was developed by Advantor Systems.� Advantor Systems owns a majority of the proprietary data for the parts to be supplied, repaired, and replaced under the IDS upgrade/ICS effort. The subject requirement supports 1 ANG upgrade.
