Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron � McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Advantor Systems Corporation, to provide installation of alarm systems to our already existing system to expand our security at McConnell AFB. Advantor Systems Corporation is the only intrusion detection system alarm monitoring system on McConnell AFB and is part of the Advantor Suite for Networks (ASN). Advantor owns all�proprietary rights to their systems, parts, and computer systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $22 Million. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to austin.leean@us.af.mil no later than 21�September 2020 by 12:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
