The Naval Special Warfare Detachment Kodiak (NSWD-K) ROCK requires climbing wall route setting and maintenance. The NSWD-K staff require specialized route-setting and rope safety training to facilitate conducting safe and effective high risk training for personnel attending NSWD-K courses. NSWD-K possesses both an artificial rock/ice wall and natural climbing area at its Special Operations Cold Weather Maritime Training Facility.� Governments requirements are defined under Addenda 01 - Performance Work Statement.
