Ft. (ABOA): 2,777�ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,777 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 � Preference is for 10 spaces to be secured for GOVs and 5 spaces for employees and the visiting public Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease.� All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in El Paso, Texas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
