PRESOLICITATION WAS AMENDED TO CORRECT GRAMMATICAL ERROR AND REVISED RESPONSE DATE THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY FOR 2021-2023 MAINTENANCE DREDGING, NOME HARBOR, NOME, ALASKA. OFFEROR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. 2021-2023 Nome Harbor Maintenance Dredging, Nome, Alaska TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Perform dredging, placement of dredged materials using the designated placement site, and pre- and post-dredge surveys at Nome Harbor in Nome, Alaska for the base and options (if awarded). The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work. The Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local law, regulations, and procedurs. A fuel price adjustment provision for the dredging plant is included as Time and Material CLINs. The type of contract shall be firm-fixed price. Construction wage rates (formerly Davis-Bacon Act w age rates) shall apply.
