Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Source Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Platts for customized reports for DLA Energys specific petroleum, distribution and shipment program.�The delievery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (12/15/2020 - 12/14/2021). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quoatations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to dlae.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining� whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information suffice to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent services exists which would meet the Goverments need as stated herein.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
